2. Purpose of the service

iConfig Drive Connector provides an integration between authorized Chrome extensions developed by iConfig and Google Drive services.

The service allows users to select a Google Drive folder through Google Picker. An authorized Chrome extension may then use the selected folder to create Google Sheets files and append or update records in files created by the application.

3. Eligibility and authorization

The service may be used only by users who are authorized to access the connected Google account and the selected Google Drive folder.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws, organizational policies, and Google service terms.

4. Google account access

The application uses the limited Google OAuth drive.file permission.

This permission allows access only to files created by the application or files and folders explicitly selected by the user.

Users may revoke the application's access through their Google account security settings.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service to:

• access files or accounts without authorization;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• distribute malicious software or harmful content;
• violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• attempt to bypass application security restrictions.

6. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the connected Chrome extension.

Users are also responsible for reviewing generated Google Sheets files and confirming that records have been created or updated correctly.

7. Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, changes to Google services, or events outside the operator's reasonable control.

8. External services

iConfig Drive Connector relies on services provided by Google, including Google OAuth, Google Picker, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.

The availability and operation of those services are subject to Google's own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

9. Disclaimer

The service is intended to support workflow automation. Users should verify important records and retain backups when appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

10. Changes to the service or terms

The service and these Terms may be updated when application functionality, legal requirements, or connected Google services change.
