iConfig Drive Connector is operated by iConfig.

2. Purpose of the application

iConfig Drive Connector allows authorized Chrome extensions developed by iConfig to open Google Picker and let the user select a Google Drive folder.

The selected folder may then be used by the authorized Chrome extension to create Google Sheets files and append or update records in files created by the application.

3. Google account permissions

The application uses the Google OAuth drive.file permission.

This permission limits access to files created by the application or files and folders explicitly selected by the user. The application does not request unrestricted access to all files stored in the user's Google Drive.

4. Information processed

During the folder selection process, the application may process:

• the identifier of the selected Google Drive folder;
• the name of the selected folder;
• temporary request identifiers used to connect the Google Picker page with the authorized Chrome extension;
• a temporary Google OAuth access token required to display Google Picker.

5. Data storage

The Firebase Hosting website does not permanently store Google OAuth access tokens, Google Drive file contents, or selected folder identifiers.

The selected folder information is transferred directly to the authorized Chrome extension that initiated the folder selection process.

Extension settings may be stored locally in the user's browser using Chrome extension storage.

6. Data sharing

Information is not sold to third parties.

Data is processed only as necessary to provide the integration between Google Drive, Google Sheets, and the authorized Chrome extension.

Google services process information according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

7. Data security

Communication with the application uses HTTPS.

The folder selection result is accepted only from the configured application website and is sent only to an authorized Chrome extension.

8. Data retention

Temporary authorization and folder-selection data used by the website is retained only for the duration required to complete the selection process.

Settings stored by the Chrome extension remain in the user's browser until they are changed, removed, or the extension is uninstalled.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the functionality of iConfig Drive Connector or its data-processing practices change.
